My three year old son David loves anything that has to do with superheros. We’ve watched the Incredibles a thousand times. He often runs around the house in his Superman cape pretending to fly. Well, I was thrilled when I recently won the giveaway contest over at Princess Time Toys. Don’t let the name fool you. While they have many beautiful costumes and accessories for girls over at PTT, they have several items for your little prince too. As one of the winners, I got to choose a Hero Cape. I had to pick the Superhero one of course. I know David will just love it when it arrives.
Thank you to Cass over at Cass Knits for Bobby Flay’s Grill It cookbook that will soon be on it’s way to me. I was the lucky winner of her giveaway. I can’t wait to try out some of Bobby Flay’s recipes. I’m sure they are delicious. Stop by and check out Cass Knits, especially if you knit (I don’t. I’m too impatient to learn how). I love Starbucks. We sort of live between two Walmarts. One has a Starbucks next to it, and one doesn’t. The one with the Starbucks is farther away, but sometimes I drive the extra miles to the farther Walmart just so I can go to Starbucks. That’s probably a little extravagant considering the cost of gas these days, but I really like the Skinny Mocha Lattes. I think the price of a gallon of gas has now surpassed the price of a tall Skinny.
