Mirra Beauty Products Review and Giveaway

Mirra is a new line of Beauty products that combines natural ingredients with proven scientific technologies.

Just launched, the Mirra product line includes shampoos, conditioners, hair styling products, body washes and mists, facial and skin care lotions, cleansers and cleansing cloths, eye firming and age defying creams, and cosmetic brushes.

The natural ingredients in Mirra products include olive oil, aloe leaf juice, cranberry, bamboo, honey and chicory root extracts.

Mirra products are exclusively available in the beauty care aisle of stores that are part of the Kroger family.

I was sent a selection of Mirra products to try out for two weeks. I received shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair gel and body wash to test.

The first thing I noticed was the scent. I like the way all the products smell. They have a pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering. I don’t like products that are too perfumey.

The other thing I like about Mirra is that the products are made with natural ingredients. I am allergic to chemicals in most standard beauty care products. I did use the products for two weeks, and didn’t haven any reaction to them.

The over-all performance of the products was great. The hair products left my hair soft and manageable. The body wash and lotions moisturized my dry winter skin.

Pampers Diapers and Liz Lange Diaper Clutch Giveaway

To introduce their new Dry Max technology, Pampers is giving away a coupon good for a free 1 week supply of their all new Cruisers with Dry Max diapers and a Liz Lange Diaper Clutch to one lucky MommieDaze reader.

Pamper’s says the Dry Max technology is their biggest innovation in 25 years. Dry Max diapers have a thinner core that gives baby more freedom to move around, but can still lock in wetness for up to 12 hours.

Pampers sent me a package of the new Cruisers diapers with Dry Max to try out with Wade. I definitely noticed that the diaper was less bulky. The fit was good, and most importantly there were no leaks. The diapers still have Pamper’s soft cloth-like feel, and baby fresh sent.

Aden and Anais Organic Wrap Giveaway and Review

I promised you a giveaway last weekend for your summer babies. Well, here it finally is.

Aden and Anais is giving away one of their Organic Swaddle Wraps. It’s the prefect summer baby blanket. Even when it’s hot babies still like the comfort of a blanket. And if you have a newborn you probably still want to swaddle them.

Have you looked for summer-weight baby blankets? They’re hard to come by. I purchased a blanket sleeper from a department store recently that said it was summer-weight on the package. When I got it home it was as thick as a sweatshirt. I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t want to sleep in a sweatshirt in July.

This Organic Wrap from Aden and Anais is made of light, gauzy cotton that breaths. It’s 47×47 inch size gives you plenty of fabric to swaddle your baby. I find a lot of receiving blankets aren’t even big enough to really wrap around your baby.

Aden and Anais sent me an Organic Safari Wrap to try out it. It’s been in the 90’s the last few days, and Wade’s been sleeping in his Organic Wrap at night and during nap time. I also like to use the light wrap to put over the baby carrier when we go out to shield him from the sun. And it came in handy when we were in a restaurant that had the air conditioning turned up a little too high.
