Dog Days
Our sweet little cocker spaniel Joey has been sick for a few days with, um, er, — intestinal trouble. Needless to say we’ve had to clean up more than a few messes. I feel terrible for the poor thing. I’ve been trying to help him get better. Yesterday I found advice that suggested feeding him plain rice and boiled hamburger. I made a special trip to the grocery store last night just to get those items, and then came home and cooked dinner — for my dog! Am I wrong, or is cooking for your dog like a whole new level of crazy or what?
