Have you seen these gingerbread men marshmallows from Jet-Puffed?
They’re so cute! I couldn’t pass them up when I saw them on the shelf at the grocery store.
I used them to decorate a batch of Cream Cheese Gingerbread Bars.
They’re also yummy to snack on right out of the bag.
The only problem? They’re so adorable you sort of feel bad eating the poor little things.

Sadly, I’m at a point in my life where I would take a perverse pleasure in eating them…just the heads, mind you…after having named each of them after a person who has recently irritated me!
