Chocolate Brownie Recipe

1 1/4 Cup margarine

2 Cups sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

4 eggs

1 cup flour

3/4 cup cocoa powder

In a small sauce pan over low heat melt together butter and cocoa powder. In a separate bowl stir together remaining ingredients.  Add in cocoa mixture. Pour into a greased and floured 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. While still hot, frost with chocolate frosting. (Recipe follows.)

Chocolate Frosting

2 cups powdered sugar

1/3 cup cocoa

2 tablespoons Crisco

2 tablespoons margarine

1 teaspoon of vanilla

Add a tablespoon of milk at a time until frosting comes together.
